One of my favorite poodles - Peaches (CH. NLD Just Before Midnight) - is pregnant and due around April 15th, 2011. You may recall the name as she was a top contender against Margot in Alexandria this year. Peaches has finished her AKC Championship and is working on her obedience titles. She was bred to Simon, a knockout - CH. Aleph American Idol. Simon is known for producing gorgeous, correct, black puppies. He has done amazing in the AKC American show ring and is headed out of the country to be a specials dog and ambassador for our amazing breed. Simon is also half-sibling to Inge, the beautiful white poodle who won an award of merit at Westminster this year, handled by Betty Brown.
Peaches is also darling and lovely, just like her sweet mother, Lily, and she is sired by CH. Obsidian Midnight Special, who is also the sire of one of my favorite Luminary dogs (Ch.Luminary Merry Christmas) who won her 12-18month class at the Poodle Club of America National Specialty last year.
This litter should be exceptional as they come from a long line of healthy, well-bred, even-tempered poodles.
