Lagniappe Classic Overview

Well, the Kenner show was one big winning high for Armani! He earned 14 points towards his grand championship there, winning points on all but 1 day of the 5 day show, and winning Best of Variety twice in a row. Winning Best of Breed/Variety means he got to compete in the group ring. His handler said he did pretty well for a "newbie." The dogs in the Group Ring are generally a cut above the class dogs and are usually flawlessly presented (also usually older, & mature). Also at the show were 3 of Armani's lovely littermates - Shada, another special who earned her championship just prior to this show, Andre, who finished his championship at this show, and Denver, a hunky little boy who I also loved from day 1 of meeting the Patsy puppies. It was nice to get the gang back together again & see how they were maturing.)

Jacki continues to show well and Cali went Reserve to the major once or twice, but the girls didn't get any points :(
I am still very proud of my wonderful , showy poodles and the bonus is that I get to live with these gorgeous, happy creatures! I always feel like a winner coming home.
